Project photographs show individual work at particular stages. The site also includes illustrative images and design visualizations. A finished-design visual is not evidence that the depicted exterior has been constructed, nor a promise of an identical result for another property.

Reviews reflect individual customers’ experiences. Selected excerpts may be shown with a first name and last initial; they do not guarantee the outcome of a future project. Displayed ratings and review totals are snapshots and may differ from current Google information.

Product and software names describe tools or material choices discussed by Intent Builders. They do not imply a manufacturer endorsement, and a product shown is not automatically included in your project. Final selections and specifications follow the approved design and agreement.

Permitted use

You may browse the site and use its information to consider working with Intent Builders. Website text, photographs, artwork, branding and other materials remain the property of their respective owners. Ask for permission before reproducing them for another business or commercial use.

Do not use the enquiry form for spam, impersonation, unlawful content or material that infringes another person’s rights. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the website or misuse its forms and services.
